So, are those techs in-house or did they fly a factory guy in to do this service? I’ve heard they fly factory techs in to do the valve adjustment. This is a great thread. Thanks!

They had a local master technician do the job, Jacob Coen. He did a great job and I'm fairly certain that he's also qualified to do the valve adjustments as well too.
