Do they still have that exemption where if you were a student overseas, you are allowed to bring one car back to Taiwan duty free?
We are thinking of visiting, that would be first time for me in 20 years, what's a good 5 star hotel in Taipei that's close to everything?

problem as u cant stop when cold?? YES, of course. sh!t is crap when cold. hate it, but learn to drive more cautious with it.
U can import ONE in ur lifetime i think, but its the emissions and process getting it licensed that kills u.
