Interesting page from the CGT manual....talks about minimum clutch thickness and how to inspect it.

I have heard alot of variation in nominal thickness for the ceramic clutch, a primary point of interest in any ppi. Sometimes you hear 29mm, sometimes 30-32mm. The manual is clear it is 28mm nominal, unless there is a revised manual out there ! If anyone has heard otherwise, would be interested to hear.

Yup, brand new is close to 31 and it's done at 28. The one I got this spring had the highest measurement I've heard of: 30.52.
