Most likely he had those pull straps custom made. I say that because a buddy of mine had to get a set made for his a while back. I don't think Porsche offers deviated pull straps but maybe they do now. I also know that they do offer deviated carpeting but not sure about orange. Worth it to ask your parts guy to see if he can find out. It'll be bloody expensive though. Those mats go for about $1000+ USD as an option when ordered with the car. Ordering parts afterwards cost even more.
