Besides the wheels, that car is actually pretty nice. I've talked to the owner on RL. I think it has around 5500 miles. Biggest problem for me is that it doesn't have AC.

Pardon me for my ignorance, but won't running with the windows open create drag, thereby reducing the speed and acceleration times? It doesn't make sense.

It's for safety, not performance; buffeting at 100+ MPH isn't fun and the interior of your car can/will get very dusty (or filled with distinctive red clay if you're at Road Atlanta).
