Top Gear Australia: GT2 owns GTR around track
#12
I watched some dyno run on the GT- last weekend. Not as high as I thought it would be was around 385+/- 5. But what a chore to get it to dyno. Mostly removing the under-pinnings. Front and rear pieces have to be removed and put back. In total about 30+ screws/clips.

that test was unfair or at least not truly representative of the GTR's laptime, as the car still had the speed limiter on it (hence the asterisk next to its time on the board).
would the GT2 have been faster if the speed limiter on the Nissan was removed? Probably, and I sure hope so!!!
i'm a Porsche guy thru and thru... but after having driven a GTR recently, i have newfound admiration for what Nissan have wrought.
