I'm trying to help my uncle set up the bluetooth in his S550.

He had an internal telephone, but the headset was a POS so now he has a Blackberry Bold. I can get it to pair, but when you go to "telephone" in the Command menu it just says "telephone not installed".

How do you get the Command to control the bluetooth phone or speak through it? I couldn't find anything in the manual that described it.

 

Does he have the motorola bluetooth device installed in the car?

 

I don't know. The car and phone talk and pair, so he has some kind of bluetooth, I just can't get the car to control the phone.
