I've had mine for 14 months now, (I'm knocking on my desk as I type this), no maintenance other than inspection/oil change and an alignment after I did the Bilstein's and wheels. I purchased the car with 55k and it now has 69k, and I can proudly say that the dealership has not touched my car (the same dealership I used to work for prior to Fabspeed). The 2000-2002 CLK's rarely had problems when I was employed which is the main reason why I purchased this car (coupe's not cabrio's). Service that I performed so far has been: spark plugs, springs, shocks, tie rod, steering damper, brake pads, rotors, and new radio.

I don't understand the AMG badge on a 430 . . . ?

M5kid-they put the AMG badge because of the bodykit and wheels you get which differ from the 320. Only the 55 has an actual AMG built engine.

don't get the 320, I feel the 430 is great for performance/reliability. The 55 is a monster and will always make more power than the 430 but I have seen more problems with those coming into the dealership for minor leaks/repairs.

So, the factory puts the badge there?
