The Bluetooth solution for BMW is based on NAV-TV’s successful Tooki Audi, Porsche and Mercedes Benz Bluetooth platforms and has all of the benefits and safety features Audi, Porsche and Mercedes owners have come to enjoy and rely upon. The innovative NAV-TV TOOKI-BMW allows for full integration to BMW vehicles with the MOST ® fiber optic network and is compatible with 1 series (E87), 3 series (E90/91/92), 5 series (E60/61), 6 series (E63/64), X5 (E70) and X6 (E71) vehicles with Professional Navigation CIC or CCC, Business Navigation M-ASK, Professional or Champ MP3 radios.

For ease of installation and to ensure a seamless integration, the Tooki-BMW programs the vehicle to accept a phone module without the need to involve a BMW service center or dealership. It provides hand-free and complete phone book synchronization of up to 1000 entries for wireless phones with Bluetooth. The included high-quality microphone has an adjustable volume level and provides excellent noise & echo canceling technologies resulting in superior sound quality. Additionally, the device supports phone and vehicle dependant A2DP audio streaming and SMS text messaging services.

NAV-TV’s TOOKI-BMW is designed, engineered and validated to provide a high quality product with the look and feel of a factory-installed system. It is specifically designed to be dealer and/or user upgradeable for future phones and product enhancements via Bluetooth. Unlike other Bluetooth kits, TOOKI-BMW integrates directly with the vehicles network and radio. Drivers use the buttons on the radio, i-Drive or steering wheel to place, answer and terminate calls, allowing for non-distracting, hands free operation. Compatibility Qualifications and Years:

Qualifications:
1. All vehicles must have an active M.O.S.T. fiber-optic network present for plug-and-play operation.
2. If the M.O.S.T. network is not active it must be activated and coded at the dealership.
3. For A2DP audio streaming the vehicle must be coded for an external CD changer and the changer must be bypassed with the included fiber optic bypass plug. Vehicles with internal CD changers only are not compatible with A2DP audio streaming.
4. If the vehicle is fitted with a factory phone module it must be bypassed prior to installing the Tooki-BMW.
