The 2012 Mini Coupe Spied Again

Here are first photos of the 2012 Mini Coupe spied on the streets of Munich. First introduced as the Mini Coupe Concept in Frankfurt 2009, these photos are the cleanest seen so far. With camouflage concentrated on the rear upper body area, we suspect Mini is trying to hide the taller dimensions of the greenhouse and steeper windshield compared to the concept.

In the photos of the Coupe we can see a retractable spoiler in the up position while in motion. It was rumoured the production version of the Mini Coupe and Roadster would debut at the recent Geneva Motor Show but it seems Mini is not quite ready. Expect a market launch later in the year.

 

What the f*** is BMW thinking? Let's make a much uglier Mini with less interior space?

 

I think it's still better looking than the Fiat 500.
