New BMW owner looking for tips

Hello everyone,
I just purchased a 2001 BMW 740i sport. It only has 100, 300 miles on it! I had originally bought a 1997 740iL about two weeks ago, and quickly realized my mistake. I sold it the same day I bought this 7 sport. Huge difference!! I absolutely loved the 740iL, I just always like to have the "sport" or top of the line models no matter what car I buy. And the "sport" model drives so much better than the regular model. Great acceleration, great handling, smooth ride, etc...

Im wondering if there are any 740i sport owners in here and if they have any tips suggestions for things to buy, watch for, replace, upgrade, etc... This is technically my first BMW, since I don't count the 740iL I owned for two weeks. Im in love with BMW's now. Im thinking, very seriously about picking up a 5 series (528, 530, 540 with sport package of course. Although an M5 would be awesome too!) for my wife (even though she wants an X5).
Anything is helpful.

Vallye pan, radiator, control arm bushings on my MIL's were all replaced, and they are all known issues.

You can also get the MK4 NAV to replace the CD NAV computer in the trunk.

And the OEM BT module for hands free calls with the steering wheel.

And of course, the supposed "life time tranny and diff fluid" get that changed if yours has not been ASAP.

Check bimmernav.com for all the OEM accessories available for your 7.

Oh, and if you want to use the BMW AUX input, you have to have the latest version of BM53, which is the radio module sitting in the driver side trunk along with the NAV computer.

Will they eat me alive on m5board.com if I don't have an M5? Hahaha, some internet peoples are territorial. Haha

You need the gen 13 unit, do some research on bimmernav, since yours is an 01, I am not sure if the FAKRA connector is already in place or not. I bought a gen 13 unit for my MIL, but have been too lazy to get it done for her 01 740, I haven't even open the box.

You need to replace your radio module with BM53, bimmernav actually has the best price, since getbmwparts.com wants the core back. You can then sell your old one on eBay.
