Okay Der Uhrmeister: a little life advice was fine, I guess. But, you're going to have to do some BMW 3-series research on your own, or talk to a SA at a local dealership.

E9X vs F30 - way too early to compare. BMW is still testing the F30. All we've really seen is speculation about specs and pre production. BMW has not yet released any definitive information about the car. The '12 3er is rumored to make its debut next fall at the Frankfurt Motor Show. If you like it then, buy one.
