I'm a huge fan of BMW, and while this vehicle doesn't do it for me, It is great to see you passion. one thing for sure no other can in a similar class will handle like it, except maybe the Porsche

Am I the only one who's saddened to see BMW produce this car? WTH were they thinking?

Family car, retired folks, and $$$$. They want to make money.

For you guys who think the 5-GT is a no go, do you like Porsche Pany? I know the Porsche is more luxurious, but exterior looks wise it does nothin for me - interior is another story. And for the record, I'm not big fan of the 5-GT, but understand it's purpose in the marketplace.

After seeing several on the road I am still scratching my head... I am not sure why someone who needs a car like this wouldn't get a 5-series... and someone that needs more utility wouldn't get a X6?

The X6's backseat is suitable for midgets only.

I see... So the 5GT is for those that want a 5-series, with the utility of a X6, but that do not have midget children or friends.
