I absolutely hate that thing.

 

I'd rather have an X6. And I really do not care for the X6....

I don't understand BMW's ideas here. It looks like they were about to make the wagon and then the designer got lazy and just slapped an X6 end on and called it a day.

Not BMW's best.

 

I saw one in Dubai, I still dislike the car. A lot.

+1. It is terrible. Just like the X6, it is trying to be too much.

 

Sitting in this car, I was genuinely impressed. For a 50+ couple I'd see this car as ideal. Ridiculous amount of space (the rear is a lot larger than the standard 7), a surprisingly agile driving impression and very light and airy interior.

Still, exterior will take som getting used to but in darker colours and with proper wheels it looks a lot more elegant in the flesh than in pics. It's the curse of modern automotive design - it looks like cr*p in 2D.
