Picked up a 1997 Chevy Suburban K1500 today! It has a 5.7L V8 Vortec engine, and it has 4wd. Max tow rating, 6k! And, 120k miles! It's a beautiful truck! Drives amazing. After a 2.5 hour wait in the DMV, I dropped it at the shop in town for some replacement parts it needed. Took a few pictures (first one at the seller's house, last 3 at shop). Aside from being a gas hog, it will be alot of fun!
I'll be able to pull my boat to the poker runs with this truck. Wait till my friends see!

If you live in Texas don't forget the diamond plate bumpers

 

But powder coat them so they dont get mud stained!!! This shit's a PITA to clean.
