Your top 5 best cars ever built, and why.
Pretty simple thread... Here are mine in no particular order. I didn't really think it out much. The list would probably be different if I did.
Porsche Carrera GT
No explanation needed.
Volkswagen Golf R
Everything is perfect. And it looks astonishing. So much presence (even the GTI).
Singer 911
Even though I said no order, this is probably number one. Every detail is perfect.
Porsche 908/2
I had to include a Porsche racer on here, what better than this one.
Audi RS4 Avant
It looks fantastic in any color, and there's just something about an AWD estate with so much power.
I'm interested to see what you guys have got.

Aston Martin DBS
Simply beautiful and classy.
Pagani Zonda R
This car is an absolute monster. Why wouldn't it be in my top 5. Incredible in all aspects to me.
Ferrari 355
One of my favorite Ferrari's and has one of the best exhaust notes.
SL65 AMG Black Series
When I saw this car at my local cars and coffee show I was swept off my feet. I loved the wide design and bits of carbon fiber/alcantara in the interior.
Porsche GT3 (997.2)
One of my favorite porsche designs (997.2) This car would make for the perfect daily driver and weekend track car.

Its tough to pick only 5, but here goes;
1) The 1973 Porsche 911 RSR. The epitome of Porsche engineering and beauty for the street. Lightweight, fast, purposeful and stunningly beautiful. Only 55 were built for the street and if you can find a real one, be ready to pay well over $1mil for one.
2) Porsche 917 - The best looking, best sounding, fastest, most beautiful yet bad-ass race car ever. IMHO embodies everything a sports racing car is and ever should be.
3) 1965 Shelby 427 Cobra S/C - the most bad-ass car ever to sit on the floor of mainstream auto dealers. No production car has even come close and its been 47 years since it first appeared on showroom floors.
4) 1962 Ferrari GTO - There is a reason it is among the most expensive and desirable collectors cars in the world.
5) The McLaren F1 (all variants)- The one and only. The first and only supercar ever built with ZERO compromises on engineering. Every piece of the car associated with the driving experience and feel are the absolute best it can possibly be.
