Everything on the outside of the engine is literally toasted.

 

Today we've disasembled the engine completely.
So we have:

- pistons had a lot of movement inside the cilinder
- pistons are fvcked up
- cylinder sleeve is fvcked up
- bearings are fvcked up
- piston rings are fvcked up. 2/4 pistons had the rings installed upside-down
- Ferrea valves are fvcked up
- camshafts are fvcked up
- injectors are fvcked up
- cylinder head the same
- we found alloy pieces into the oil
- wastegate-ul is toasted. Also the EWG hoses we installed incorrectly

And the list can go on.
