Deer Creek Corporate Services

Has anyone here used Deer Creek Corporate Services to set up a Montana LLC for vehicle registration?

I am exploring this option and figuring out if it makes sense. I know those in California and Colorado have tough laws to prevent out of state registration, but I am in the less interventionist South East.

How much do you expect to save by doing this? It seems like an attractive deal, but it also seems like you'd need more than a few cars for it to be really worthwhile.

Depending on the type of car you are planning on purchasing you will have an extremely difficult time finding a dealer that will actually sell to a company, especially one located in MT. Montana is a no sales tax state so dealers are very cautious selling a new car that will be registered there. They assume anyone purchasing and registering a new luxury car will be exporting it. Dealers are down right rude to me when I try to purchase a new car using a MT address. I have even had them hang up on me as soon as I mention Montana.

I would think this pays back even with just one car since sales tax on a new luxury car is $3-6k depending on the price of the car.

Key to check out is whether there are any hidden costs like insurance. I am still exploring it. Was hoping someone might know.
