Sounds like a Lotus Type 918 from an Esprit. As the gearboxes are compatible, it's very likely that.

it got a tuned renault V6

It uses a performance tuned PRV motor (putting around 200hp). The interior was stripped out, a roll bar was installed, and as much weight was removed as possible.

The guy who built this has like 8 Deloreans, including a gold plated Delorean replica.

Now thats a Delorean I would buy...
The wide angle help the "fast" look but the sound is sweet

Oh and why is that Porsche facing the other way at 1:20ish???
