I would recommend it if it's only wrinkly. Otherwise if it's dirty just wash and wear or dryclean.

Then again after a bit of research online it looks pretty good.

It looks like it might cause some serious spider webbing of the paint. I don't know if I would use that on a nicer car.

My problem is that it does not promote lifting of dirt off the paint. Any wiping or drying motion will induce scratches and swirls.

See in the video how the guy just hits it with the steam and then drags the cloth along the paints surface? Any dirt that was on the car is being dragged along the clear coat. Also, such high heat strips the paint of any wax that might be on there.

Steam is usefule for crevices.

Dont do it. Paint when warm, scratches easily hence when youre paint correcting it requires heat and friction to remove paint imperfections/relevel. Now imagine, very little water nor any lubrication and then grinding dirt directly into the paint. Youre better off going through an automated carwash, atleast then you wouldnt have yourself directly to blame for the resulting damages (which if you can imagine would be similar). You dont even want to get me started on carwashes...
