Any ideas how to get a Toyota 4.7 V8 out of "limp mode"?

So, I flew to Atlanta to race at Road Atlanta this weekend, but after loading up the trailer the 4Runner we were towing the car with packed up. It won't go over 1500 rpm or so, idles rough, won't always stay running when you first start it.

We had just hooked up a trailer brake controller to it for the first time, and earlier in the day the fuse for the brake switch blew, which meant it wouldn't shift out of park without pushing the override button. Ran ok for a bit after we fixed that, then this.

I need it running...drivers' meeting at 730!! Please help!!
