if you look closely he looks like he's looking downward. bike goes where the eyes go.

Edit: They seriously needed the Ambulance to show up? Are you kidding me? I slid thru an intersection into a granite curb faster than he did and rode my bike home; only thing hurt was my bike and my pride.

Wussy.

If you look a little closer, you will see the skid mark left by the front tire. You don't just tuck the front at that lean angle, that doesn't happen. I know that corner well, ridden through there many times. He probably just panicked because it's a decreasing radius turn, and got on the brakes too hard.

Thats it indeed. I just watched it again. Somebody oughta teach a class, once you're turned it you've committed. 99% of the time (racing, trail braking, etc... aside) the bike will get you through the corner if you let it.

+1.

Novice rider. I've taken that corner on my Indian quicker than that without issues.

Wow, cops shut down the road and nearly all ambulances and fire trucks in SoCal arrive with sirens for a scraped knee? We don't have that much activity here when there's a suicide bomber.

Living about half a mile from that road it really sucks every weekend When you have the noobs in their civics or crotch rockets flying everywhere followed with a crash.

Well, to be fair- he IS riding a Buell. They are complete crap bikes. And so are a majority of the riders who own them.

Yeah, true. But there are many other less traveled ones that we can drive

true, but they need to repave and even them out. Sad thing is that I am still discovering some of these roads and I live in the area, I guess when you're not too busy making video's and taking pictures I'll have to follow you.

Speaking of videos. Gary's waiting to make one of the 599GTO in the tunnels
