if you look closely he looks like he's looking downward. bike goes where the eyes go.
Edit: They seriously needed the Ambulance to show up? Are you kidding me? I slid thru an intersection into a granite curb faster than he did and rode my bike home; only thing hurt was my bike and my pride.

If you look a little closer, you will see the skid mark left by the front tire. You don't just tuck the front at that lean angle, that doesn't happen. I know that corner well, ridden through there many times. He probably just panicked because it's a decreasing radius turn, and got on the brakes too hard.

Thats it indeed. I just watched it again. Somebody oughta teach a class, once you're turned it you've committed. 99% of the time (racing, trail braking, etc... aside) the bike will get you through the corner if you let it.

Novice rider. I've taken that corner on my Indian quicker than that without issues.
