Hello to all car enthusiasts out there
Hello everyone I'm Chris. I was checking out the forums on here and they seem interesting. I'm a freelance photographer and a avid car enthusiast. I'm a member of the DCF (Delorean Club of Fl). I don't own a Delorean yet, but I'm working on it. I've been hanging out with a local Delorean group and learning about everything about them that I can.
I even met an owner who owns 2 Deloreans, (one with a twin turbo and one stock). The twin turbo car has an Eibach suspension package and sits lower than the standard car. The turbo has 6 pounds of boost with 200hp. The turbo system is no longer available in most places due to DMC Houston offering a Stage 2 performance upgrade with the same amount of power. There is a facility in Ohio called DPI (Delorean Performance Industries) that'll upgrade a Delorean with a turbo 3.0 liter engine and a stronger clutch. Horsepower is around 300 depending how much you're willing to spend.

Funniest thing i have seen in a while is some guy driving a DeLorean with the doors up Lambo style. Just seemed wrong, especially as it made the car even slower than it already is in stock form!

Flux Capacitor?
1.21 gigawats of pure power! That's my friend Ed's car. He bought the Flux Capacitor off of E-bay and had a custom box made around it with a MP3 player, speakers, and neon lights. Otherwise it's an original 81 Delorean with auto transmission. He's getting ready to put an Eibach suspension kit on. It'll be sweet!
