Increasing the house for a garage...conundrum!

here is the top plan
in red is the limits of the property; in blue the house; and the green arrows show that the width between the house and property walls are 4m.
none of the existing stucture can be modified...

That is right.
You have been repossessed.
What part of the outlined plans is the existing garage and how do you get into it (driveway, doors, etc.)

That is the question...there is no garage atm. When the house was mage the builder thought that a small garage would be enough...in fact the cayenne does not even fit inside...
I park the cars on the right red part of the plan, three cars fit, but they are not covered.
On the plan i just add, the green circles are massive trees. The one in the front is a silver birch that is 18m high. and on the side are two very old ficus carica (fig). I don't want to touch them... There is also a huge glycine, but it can be choped as the roots are not good for any constructions...
The black lines are proper walls that could be destroyed!
I will send you some pictures in the day. there is just a big thunderstorm now...
