I`ve never seen something like that here in Germany...but things might change if architects and owners see that,take a deep breath and actually have the balls to try that as well

No doubt, I love everything about it. However, how do you keep the garage clean with weather and general road grime? Do you wash your cars before you enter your parking area?

I always wash my car in the parking lot of front garden where the R8 stays out there , then drive it to the basement garage. In the meanwhile I have a house keeper to clean the whole place.
