More than an RV Salesman - he started the Lazyday RV company in Florida. Could there have been a better place to be in the RV business?

In 2004 they netted $25 million on $756 million in revenues after several decades in the business. Wallace retired from the position of CEO in 2007 just before the RV industry tanked. In 2009 they had to file bankruptcy to restructure the business and have since started growing again, buying another RV company in Arizona to expand the brand.

Rare sight in there,
Ferrari 456 convertible, the black one. No idea it even existed.

It wasn't a model originally produced by Ferrari. That one has likely been modified by Richard Straman at his company in Costa Mesa, CA. He has made a career out of chopping the roofs of cars like this for decades including many different Ferrari models.

Here's a link to another similar car sold by Mike Sheehan who claims only three of these were ever built:

1995 Ferrari 456 GT Cabriolet Serial Number 101250 - history page

The work Richard's company performs is very high quality leaving the impression it was originally done that way. More photos of it can be seen here as well:

Straman also did this Targa-roof version you can see here, created for basketball star, Shaquille O'Neal:

Lazy Days sold 8,842 RVs in 2003 and generated sales of $750 million and an estimated net profit of $36.4 million. Several months later, in June 2004, a majority interest in the company was sold for $206 million to the New York private investment firm of Bruckmann, Rosser, Sherrill & Co. LLC (BRS).

Can you say 'Good Timing'?

Looks like a 3rd Koenigsegg ( yes i know he doesn't own at least one of them anymore), different Zonda ( personally, i LOVED the orange one) , 599 GTO i think is new, Aventador is new.

I wonder if he's finally driven the CGT though.

There has never been a more insane garage created than this one.

Million Dollar Rooms 106 Subterranean Garage - YouTube

Unfortunately by the time their film crew arrived most of his great cars had been moved out or sold as the owner is trying to sell this property for the low price of $50M.

Here's a photo of some of what used to be inside:
