Just one of the sickest car collections ever!

That was incredible! I'm not a huge Corvette guy but that Corvette room was incredible! So many Vettes (and rare ones at that) in the same room is just nuts!
I also loved how he had 2 of the 3 most famous Porsche supercars (CGT, 959, just missing the GT1) and on the Ferrari side he has a 288GTO, F40, and Enzo. The Scud ain't too shabby either!
The oddities are what really press my buttons though. Vector W12, factory supercharged '53 Vette, 4 Callaway Corvettes, Gulstrand Vette, Pratt & Miller C6R, Maserati GranSport MC Corse edition, Reventon, Alfa 8C, and a Veyron... Just mind boggling!
This guy has the best collection of cars in the US after Jay Leno and Ralph Lauren, imo.

He is a very humble, and generous person. He opens up his garage many times throughout the year to let people come by and look at his cars. Much better than any auto show I can think of. I have not yet been able to see them in person, but I will get there this summer.
He usually invites car clubs...FOC, PCA, and others...but sometimes it is just like an open house.
There is a huge thread on the MI section of f-chat if you want to see more pictures.
Quoting from a friend of his:
"He has some of them which are regular drivers, some of them are "winter beaters," and others are very special to him.
Regular drivers would be Bentley's, Maser Quattroporte, Cayenne Turbo GTS, Escalade.
Winter Beaters would be an AWD Porsche 911 C4S, Audi RS4, Bentley's with AWD, Cayenne Turbo GTS, Etc.
His favorites are the Enzo, and Veyron
He loves his Ferrari's in general; and will drive them often.
Nailing him down to one car is nigh impossible."

I believe that John Lingenfelter started LPE, but Ken has recently taken it over. I think they might be cousins....Not quite sure. Ken had other successful businesses throughout his life.
