Vik,
This will be my last attempt to contact you via email and on this forum. If I don't hear back from you I will just call it a day and move on. It's really too bad my experience was like this with you. You do have a great product line but the customer service is just under par and sucks for customers like me to keep bugging you for an answer.
Good luck with your new product
Brian

Figured I warn my fellow TS, Not even a month this thing falls apart and from the beginning I never received a reply back from RDB on the original issues I had upon receiving the product in the mail.
LED cover falls off and since the power button has a pin to turn on/off I cant use it anymore because I don't know when this cover fell off.

Original issue, if you look closely the quality of the hole opening is just chewed up like someone took a drill to make the hole because of misalignment.

Hey guys,
My apologies haven't been on the board for awhile. I will take care of all known issues right away. I dont deal too much with the customer support side of this myself but will do for all the forum members of course! The case so far has a 5% failure rate, unfortunately it happens with electronics. These are not meant to be dropped of course (as with any electronic device), my personal one currently has been dropped over 8 hard times at the shop with no failure's yet.
