Can't you just buy those today and just stroll in on Friday at anytime and ask for a price adjustment?

^ A buddy of mine just got Best Buy to adjust the price of his Galaxy 2 S by $50 by showing them Amazon's 1-penny wireless deal. And he bought the phone back in October! So they ARE price matching against other Black Friday prices.

But they have to draw the line somewhere. It's always worth a shot though. I would say if it is a discount on an item readily available in the online catalog then you have a better chance than if it's a sale on an in-store item. ie. "Doorbusters" as slavik says. (that's a term I've only just started hearing this season)
