As you pointed out almost all the sales are online. I figure the few $$ I save will be lost on my unhappiness during the shopping. First and last time I participate in black Friday.

My mother really only needs a 720p set, I'm pretty sure comcast still isn't pushing 1080p content, and she sits pretty far away from the screen.
New Egg has a 32" Toshiba for $229.

Thanks for the link, looks like a good deal. I ended up buying one from amazon's lightning deals thing for $188 a couple hours ago, it's a no name brand but the reviews were great overall.

Picked up Xbox 360 Holiday Bundle (250GB, headset, Halo and Fable) for $220 including shipping and tax from the Microsoft online store. Cant believe people camped out for the same deal in retail stores.

Sales are still going for cyber monday and the weekend. Tigerdirect has some great prices on electronics and computer stuff. TigerDirect.com - Computers, Computer Parts, Computer Components, Netbooks & Electronics

If anyone is looking for a real big HDTV they've got this 73 inch mitsubish: Mitsubishi WD-73640 73 3D DLP HDTV - 1080p, 1920 X 1080, 16:9, 120Hz Sub Frame Rate, HDMI, Video Noise Reduction, Advanced Video Calibration at TigerDirect.com

We have the smaller 65" version in our office at work, and it's been pretty nice, got it last year on black friday actually.
