If you mean mods, it has none. I remembered today that I had this, so don't remember the specs.

The Frog was my first r/c as well! I always wished I kept it. Now Tamiya has the nostalgia series! I've been seriously pondering getting another Frog to round out my collection. PS: Nothing makes one feel old like a "Nostalgia" remake of something you had as a kid....)

But then I'd be torn...modern ESC and brushless powerhouse to make a "Sleeper" classic Frog? Or go full retro with the stocker 540 and a mechanical speed controller (aka "the firestarter").

I remember those ceramic heat sinks that would hang off the side of the Frog. I think I still have some burn scars on my hand somewhere from those things. If I had a nickel for every time I saw smoke emanate from beneath the Frog's skin I could have afforded a Vanning!

Unfortunately they are slow coming. Some stuff out there, but mostly nitro mods and small tweaks. A couple frame kits have arrived by they are from the bling/low-quality mfr's.

The 5B is sweet as hell though.
