They list out a bunch of cars that will have their PI adjusted because they feel in certain areas the PI is exploitable. Some of them are cars you have raced.

That is fine and actually better for making all of the lobies more competitive. I only used leaderboard cars to make it on the leaderboard... haha.
I like how they are upping the driver level to 999 instead of 150, DAMN THEM. Guess its a race to the top.
