Jeff, I have the exact setup you posted. The competitive side in me is bothered because I was a machine with the controller, while the wheel is harder to deal with. With that being said, it is much more fun and involving.

I had an issue with my pedal's load cell and Fanatec was (surprisingly) amazing to deal with. They sent out a replacement before I had even sent my faulty unit back.

I had a bunch of friends over last night for drinks and whipped out my setup. Everyone got instantly hooked (turned on all aids, everything to easy) especially the women.

So stoked the Porsche's are coming. Hopefully I can rebuild my Cayman from Forza 3.

Thanks Switchface. I think I am going to order the CSR wheel with the Elite pedals this week.

Is fanatec the only place to get their wheels? I can't seem to find any of their items on amazon, ebay, or anywhere else.

 

Ordered the Fanatec CSR wheel with the elite pedals last night. They will be here next week. Can't wait!

... Dam i havent been on here in a while. As for the porsche DLC, it looks like only 20 cars are making it in the dlc, 5 of which are all new. So it looks like there will be a few missing cars...

 

As long as they have the GT2 rs I don't care. Less than 2 months for the Porsche DLC!

You need to, they are super fun and extremely competitive. Can't believe how many close finishes we've been having.

My work schedule has been conflicting a little with my online play, might not be able to make tonight either because I have a paper and exam tomorrow.
