Exactly why I'm not buying it. 35 Porsches to 0 is a big step in one installment. I think this also definitely cancels out any of the improvements (there are hardly any big steps). To me its like Forza 3 with slightly better graphics, and no Porsches. I even read an interview with one of the developers, and they said if they tried hard enough, it would have been possible to get night racing in the game, but they decided they'll just put it off until later. Like Forza 6.

As of right now I think Forza 3 is a better game than Forza 4.

I honestly don't think the graphics are that great. I'll buy it and play the crap out of it but still. No Porsche is very, very disappointing but not a deal breaker. The DLC should be fantastic unlike some games...

Forza 4 is an evolution of 3 - especially in tire physics from what I understand.

Playing the demo the cars felt a lot more loose and realistic than in 3.

As for no Porsche's, that's because EA thinks it's a good idea. I know I'll do everything in my power to never buy an EA game again.

Considering the direct competition is Forza 3 (inferior physics) and GT5 (list of things wrong with this game in endless) I don't think it will do anything but succeed.

Every single person I've seen that is upset by the lack of Porsche has vowed never to buy an EA game again. So I hop there sales will drop, and they will lease out the license again. Maybe its a good thing because Forza will have to greatly update all the Porsche models. Maybe even they'll do a DLC pack for Porsches if they get the license. Because you know Turn 10 is STILL probably trying all they can for that license so they can get Porsche into Forza 5.

Porsche and EA have had a close relationship for quite some time. Case and point...

They have already built Porsches for Forza 4 (Seen a 911 in a promo vid a while back.) A patch could unlock them if they got a license.

Porsches or not, I am definitely buying F4. I cannot wait to drive Infineon Raceway and TG test track.
