PS3 Hacked!
So I'm still filtering through all the b.s. but it appears that with a new modchip and a USB drive you can stick a game in and back it up to the drive. Then to play it or any of the other backed up games you have to have any ps3 disc in the drive to pass a check of sorts. But who knows if Sony can kill this with a firmware update?

Okay so essentially the "modchip" is the USB stick. Very clean. The USB stick essentially turns your PS3 into a developer's debug unit. A debug unit alliws a developer to run any code pretty much. My big question is once people order these $125 sticks how long before someone mirrors that info to another USB stick?
