Guess who's back ?
DukeNukem:Forever is back from the dead !

Legendary vapourware DukeNukem: Forever which was formally buried last year is about to be resurrected.
The game, which was in development since 1997, is the sequel to Duke Nukem 3D and had been the subject of many amusing jokes about it ever being released.
The jokes ended last year when 3D Realms laid off the game's design team last year and was subsequently sued by publisher Take-Two Interactive for failing to produce the game.
But it looks like a new studio is resuscitating Duke Nukem for one final push to an actual release.
According to Kotaku, Borderlands developer Gearbox Software is now working on Duke Nukem Forever and the game is so close to completion.
We have heard the “Duke Nukem close to completion” line for ten years now. While this indicates that the cursed game is in development it does not really mean that it is near to being finished.
Still it is nice to have the industry status quo restored.

I hope they will finally release this game. I still have the PC magazines from 1997 around where they first announced the game ! Hail to the king, baby !
