If you want the Tom-Tom app, it's $100. If you just use the built-in map (or Google Earth), you can turn on location services and it gives you your real-time position. To answer your question, turn-by-turn nav is a cost extra. Come on Devil Dog, just read a map and know your pace count!

I've been a civvy too damn long!!

When I was in Boston I used Google Map, and it gave turn by turn voice navigation for free. Even used it for walking around LOL

I'm assuming its the same map that came with the Eris via Google that's on the iPhone...if so, it's more than adequate.

Sh*t...looks like it's going to be a 2 week wait and since I'm moving I cant have it shipped to a different addy from the billing addy. Guess I'll have to wait?

Why not just go to an Apple store and pick one up?

AT&T insists there is nothing wrong with their network I don't know what kind of coverage these guys have yet but this looks promising.
