Do I need a new Video Card?
It started yesterday, my screen flickers and the colors are all messed up. Sometimes when it freezes when I'm playing MDW2 or LFD2.

My screen does this for few seconds and it goes away, sometimes it stays like that and I have to reset the Computer. I did update to the latest video driver.

Yes, it sounds like you need a new video card. Were you seeing any pink pixels flickering on the screen before this happened.
Also, a little more info about the card could be helpful. This normally happens if your card overheats. You fan might have broken and caused the card to overheat while being pushed.

Not necessarily. It could be other things. Try changing the pciexpress port the card is in. Update motherboard drivers. Then RMA ur card if it still does it. If the new card does the same thing, its probably a faulty mobo
