It has RUF as RUF cars get their own VIN I believe. The Porsche license expired in March? from EA. Soooooo Polyphony *might* have a Porsche license. Either way with over 1,000 cars .... I'm sure there'll be something to drive.
Of course one of the teased rumours is that their will be "real" aerodynamic tuning witnessed by a car in a wind tunnel in a previous trailer and the end of the E3 trailer.

I am so excited about this game... If RUF is included, I won't be crushed about Porsche's absence. Obviously having Porsche would be outstanding. They do have Lambo, Ferrari, Pagani, etc.

You know they actually put microphones on EVERY car they simulate in the game right? They measure the sounds at every 1000 rpm increment and record the sound at the tailpipe, inside the car, and at the engine. Hard to get more realistic than that.

Sony announced the official release date at the E3 yesterday. November 2nd is the day to mark in your calender.
The game will be available in a collectors edition and a normal edition. The collectors edition contains a 1:43 model of a Nissan GT-R Spec V, a 300 page auto guide, a GT keychain and a download code for 5 additional cars which won't be available in the normal version.

The tire sounds are noticeably improved. The guys & gals at Polyphony Digital are anal to the nth degree. There are well over 7mics recording sound for each car. Why it doesn't come off as authentic? They have to scale it for being "hi-def" so when someone decides to go play the 85dB recording at 110dB it won't clip. That said it seems certain cars have noise that is better conveyed.
