Love this game. Shooting pilots out of choppers is one of the most rewarding things! Also, you can shoot down a chopper with the M95 sniper rifle, takes a little more than a clip to destroy it.

 

Late to the BC2 party; I was playing MP last night. After googling 'tips for BC2' I found explainations for what I was seeing last night.

Unlike BO or a lot of the MW2 games; this forces you to work as a team. Much more effective when taking out 'high value targets' or 'target rich environments'. You can even break off into a small fire squad and out flank the enemy. I KNOW you can do this with BO and MW2; but in MOST cases it doesn't work that way. Seeing random team-mates drop off packages of health and ammo was pretty cool. I remember thinking 'why is he dropping that at my feet?' cool stuff!

Trying to get used to the 'drunk-runner- feeling (modality) of the player; but working the campaigns was so much fun last night. I cared less about KDR and more about completing the mission. Nothing gave me greater pleasure than taking the enemies tank and blasting the shit out of them from behind- worth dying for for sure!

As a side note, my buddy let me know about the 'museum' stage in MW2 - I've played it but was NOT aware of the 'buttons' you weren't supposed to press and all hell unleashes. I really miss MW2- that was such a quality game.

But what scares the sh*t out of me is an enemy flanking me and taking one of my teams tanks. Especially the M1 Abrams....that thing hauls ass!

 

Well, if an enemy can actually manage to steal a tank out of your base....you deserve it

And since I mainly play as recon I love the tanks even more. Such an easy target for C4. I just scored the 200 vehicles destroyed award last time I played.

 

So there's this cool game called COD: Black Ops...


I kid, I kid. I've heard great things about BC2's MP, but the campaign is too idiotic. I played the demo and the retards that are your "squad" are too much to bear. I don't buy games just for MP, otherwise I might consider it.

 

The campaign really blows, I quit after 30mins. The MP on the other hand is so much fun. Even more with a good squad/team. And I love that you can destroy everything on every map.

You should give it a try. On g2play.net you can buy a key for 20 bucks and download it via EA.
