Well, the RTI T3 is almost three times as much as that logitech square, so I would expect it to be awesome.

I have the Harmony One and it works flawlessly. I am not crazy about touch screens as I have to look at the remote when doing something beside the basic functions controlled by buttons, but the integration was seamless. I control my tv, twc hdr, dvd player, surround processor and amp without a problem. Unless you plan on controlling lighting or it is going in a theater room with a front projector, etc. I can't imagine needing a remote that does anything else.

The RF integration is a nice feature, but if your components are all in the same general location, you are better off saving the money and getting the "One" instead of the 900.
