Why is it named after a Ford truck?

F150 is internal Ferrari code for Enzo successor. Not official name.

 

... and the codename comes after the 2011 Scuderia F1 car which in turn is in honour of Italy's 150th anniversary. So I'm sorry, no Ford Truck inspiration here, Ford fanboys ;-)

Have you had the chance to see and experience an Enzo in the flesh? Because i agree, the car is not that appealing in images, but my oh my, that changes in the flesh. In my opinion the Enzo is one of the greatest f-cars to grace the planet. It is particular sinister in black.

With that said, i really like what i'm seeing in the new car. I'm hoping they have a bit of inspiration from the P4/5 car in there.

The font looks like a BMW i8 trying to pull one of those duck face poses all the kiddies pull in photos these days.

The sides look very Ferrari TR.
