From what the founder has told me they are expanding this into other cities but it really starts with you.
Ask around to your local cancer treatment centers about the idea and help spread these kind gestures.

I saw this in the AWESOME thread a few days ago. This is truly a wonderful thing that they are doing. I have seen the owners black M5 here in town, and let me tell you that thing sounds AMAZING!!!
