He is in Calgary, Ab. That track is supposed to be torn down this fall.

Could probably beat the Enzo a bit easier if they put the body back to stock. That bodykit is hideous and probably creating more drag than anything.

All of Novitec's aerodynamics are wind tunnel tested and proven to generate usable downforce.

Doesn't he have a twin turbo Gallardo with 1000hp too?

It will increase downforce but at the expense of an increase in drag. That wing causes major drag.

This is why Ferrari never uses wings and tries to use a lot of ground effects (diffusers etc..) to keep Cd at a minimum.

That's true, increasing downforce can increase the drag coefficient. But the factory gearing on the F430 doesn't allow it to venture very far past 200mph. Unless the longer Novitec gear ratio is used, a F430 won't hit much more than 205mph...and that even true with a twin-supercharger package. The Novitec aerodynamics really come into play when you factor in the added traction. With 707hp spinning the rear wheels, the increase in downforce helps you use a lot more of that power.

In the December '08 issue of Modified Luxury & Exotics magazine, they ran his Novitec F430 head-to-head with his Heffner Performance Gallardo. Although it was great article, it was an apples-oranges situation. The Gallardo was producing 1,000hp through the race fuel setup. Not to take anything away from the setup (it's an unbelievable car), but it would have been a better shootout if they ran on pump gas to limit the power output to only 850hp. *"only" 850hp, I really sound jaded! LOL I love my job!
