It is a repaint and a reupholster job. Grigio was not available on any Ferrari in the 1990s. It was not developed until later.
Makes it unique but thins the resale market significantly. Here is a shot of the interior.

The horse definitely looks off-center. I guess that's the exotic car stigma of old. The car still looks amazing in that color combination!
