I can promise you that "news article" or where ever you got these images and the description was put together by some high school kid.

Ferrari would not release any renderings this early, and the wording of the description is all wrong. It has also been well-known for some time that Ferrari's successor to the Enzo will be much smaller, as they are trying to minimize weight and develop a more environmentally conscious supercar.
