Alonso 599, would you?

Hi guys,

Dealer offered me an Alonso edition 599 for delivery end of 3rd quarter next year. Would you take one? I'm not sure where this sits in terms of against the GTO? I'm also not really an Alonso fan to start with. I personally think Ferrari is becoming more like any other car maker with all these pointless limited editions TBH.

Interested to hear your thoughts.

Don't do it. There is nothing really special about it. If you want a 599, get a GTO.

Seems like a waste of money when it's just a regular GTB with tarted up seats and stickers.

Interesting how they will sale all of them with deliveries in 3rd quarter of 2012 when they plan to announce successor in March. May be 599 successor will be delayed, will figure out and post an update soon.

I wouldn't get this or the 599 GTB 60F1 if I had a choice of choosing a GTO or even an SA instead. Then again, I do wish I had to make those kinds of choices.....
