You have four cars local, I bet you can test drive one of those. I wouldn't do it though. Wait for the 458 Scud or next 599 if you want something new.

 

Buy it. GTO is an amazing car that is very rewarding when driven properly but can bite too. Maybe you should ask fellow TSers about their experience with it. It won't loose it's value and its a GTO, so you can own a soon to be classic. Btw which color combo is the one for sale?

I would shy away, atleast long term, due to the fact that it is not a true "GTO".

 

omg! forgot about these early videos, looks like they all love it.
but really worried with the up and coming new ferraris which promises to be much better as always and i might end up with yesterdays hero with a fat bill.

You are right with that, the new ones will be better...but like you said, they always are. How ever, this is one, if not the best Ferrari for sale at this very moment.

Scud 458 will be out in 2013, not even sure when it will hit the market, new 599 will be out in 2012, so you could get one by the end of next year or in 2013.

It is up to you, if you really want to wait that long, all I'm trying to say is, if you want to own one epic Ferrari "GTO" right now, go for it.

Keep the car forever and drive a Corolla as a DD.
