Actually just got off the phone with my friend, and i will sign the contract for the roadster next week, but because of aventador delays it is pushed in to 2013, or so i am lead to believe.
In the meantime just now i learned i can have either an early 458 conv or the first mclaren convertible if i decide now. Maybe i will sign for the mclaren next week as well! What do you guys think? I dont want the 458 cause the place is flooded with those, i love the car and the feel, but it lost the special feel for me in terms of ownership. Choices choices.....

Just to be clear fellas, this is not my typical day. It is just that i've asked my friend who took the car to mansory to also get me Av roadster contract a while ago, and he came back to me today with the good news. And my brother asked for the mclaren and is not so sure anymore so i can have his contract.

458 or Mac? I would say that McLaren will be less popular in Monaco, and you made it clear that it's what you want. Both of those car have outstanding performance, and you won't be dissapointed if you choose McLaren. And when would you expect delivery of 458/Mac if I may ask?

went for a first drive round town, people reacted as if they saw michael jackson resurrected (in his pre child abuse/ face surgery form). the car feels like a 599s and GTOs older, meaner, badass brother with a coke habit and a chick magnet. all the 458s and 599 around were barely noticeable. the car is perfect! just the way i wanted it! and those wings do make a difference!
so many exclamation point, i know, but this is how i feel. i am totally blown away.
and the interior feels so much more comfortable and exquisite then b4. i think the car was lowered as well.
guys, i know you might not appreciate the looks, but there is just something about owning a beautiful object which is unique! that words cand describe! (there is just 1 car in this color combo out of 5 or 10 ever made)
