Bought a GTO Today

Totally different cars. Haven't driven the GTO yet, but it's a straight F1 gearbox. No dual clutch. So the Turbo's PDK is smoother through the gears. The Turbo S looks to be a bit quicker to 62mph. I think the launch control on the Turbo S would be a big advantage in 0-62mph. The GTO is faster overall once the tires hook up. Both interiors are top notch. GTO exhaust note is much, much better. Front engine vs. rear, 12 cylinders vs. 6, 2 wheel drive vs 4 wheel, all make this a tough apples to apples. More like a Kobe beef vs. Filet Mignon.

Sorry I couldn't make you happy by picking up the GT2RS Jon. But, I think once you sit in this car, you'll agree that a made the right choice. It's stunning just sitting still. Once the exhaust starts to howl it's like no other car in the world. Even my Scud doesn't compare. Ferrari should Patent the sound on this car.
